Refund policy
At The Wildflower Edit, every product is created with care, attention, and a touch of magic. I want you to love your purchase as much as I loved creating it. If something isn’t quite right, please read below for details on returns and refunds.
If you’ve ordered a physical product (such as Artist Muse Cards, prints, or future items like aprons or stationery):

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

To begin a return, please email info@thewildfloweredit.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
Due to the nature of digital items (such as downloads, tutorials, and online guides), refunds are not available once the files have been accessed or downloaded.
If you experience any issues accessing your digital purchase, please get in touch — I’ll always do my best to help.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. I’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
If you change your mind before your order has shipped, please email as soon as possible — cancellations can usually be accepted if your parcel hasn’t yet been dispatched.
